I'm not sure what to think of this story since there is so much media concentration, but if Rogers is able to build the small stable of channels they'll be acquiring into something substantial, it might be good for Canadian TV viewers. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like there will be any emphasis put on home grown programming, so that's unfortunate. We could use more of Little Mosque and Corner Gas.
