It's official
Ray Heard is senile. There is no other explanation. Any media outlet that gives this man more opportunity to publicize his thoughts should really think about how they treat the ill.
I read a lot of blogs from all three federal parties - I occasionally look at the headlines on Bourque but mostly read nationalnewswatch.com... who the HELL is Ray Heard? The only place I ever see the guy's name mentioned is on Bourque!
he used to work for john turner.. i first saw him on politics a few weeks ago blasting Dion, and everytime he's on TV or in print it's with something idiotic; IMO he's a has been that shouldn't have been.

No one in the Liberal Party knows what Ray Heard looks like. He probably sleeps in a coffin every night. He lives in the deep 1970's.
