I'm probably one of Tiger's biggest fans, but I think Federer is being stiffed. I'm not saying Federer is clearly more deserving, but the fact that Tiger thinks so is pretty significant. The one thing I think Tiger had over Federer this year was the comeback from his father's death. I think that was so significant not simply because it's his dad, but that's the man who was the architecht of Tiger's skill. Either way, Federer needs more recognition; he is, alongside with Borg, one of the purest talents in tennis history. Let's hope he stays around a bit longer.
